Booking Terms and condition 

We will hold the date requested and a deposit will be required. This deposit also serves as a ‘damages deposit’ Therefore, the full amount will be due prior to set up and your deposit will be returned upon collection PROVIDING all the equipment is in the same clean, working condition it was delivered and signed for in.

This deposit is non-refundable if the party is cancelled less than 60 days before the hire however it can be transferred to another date. 

Should the party be outside and cancelled due to heavy rain or winds your deposit will be held and the option to change dates will be offered. 

If an inside venue is not provided 

Full payment is due, on delivery of the hire package, In the event that your payment is not ready upon delivery, we will not be able leave the equipment with you.

Please kindly note you will be required to sign to say you understand and accept these ‘Terms & Conditions of Hire’ prior to hire. This will also be sent to you via email prior to your party 

1. It is the Hirer’s responsibility to check the site measurements for the required package, and also to ensure that there is adequate space surrounding the play equipment. If sufficient space is not available at the venue site for the package ordered, we reserve the right to remove certain items, at our discretion, for health and safety reasons. However, you will still be charged for them.

2. Please allow adequate time for set up 

This will depend on the size of the package booked. We recommend 60 – 90 minutes before the event set up the equipment, and also 60 minutes after the event for them to take down and remove the equipment. Unless otherwise discussed. 

3. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure easy access to the venue for unloading and loading of equipment. Any restrictions (lack of parking, stairs, narrow doorways etc.) must be reported to In a bubble UK prior to the event.

4. To help keep our white bouncy castles clean and in excellent condition, face paints, glitter, coloured powders, and similar products are strictly prohibited on or around the inflatable. By submitting this booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to this policy. Any damage or staining caused by prohibited products may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
